Rules for professionals profiles
If you are a professional, you are very welcome in our app. However, it is essential to follow the following rules:
- Professional Profile: Using a personal profile as a professional one is not allowed. You must activate the professional mode from the "professional profile" menu in the "my account" tab.
- Premium Membership: Professional profiles must purchase a Premium membership. The free profile is only for individuals. Professional profiles that do not purchase the Premium membership may be removed.
- Legal Advertising: It is forbidden to advertise products or services prohibited by law.
- It is strictly prohibited to request money or send payment requests in advance through any method, such as VENMO, BIZUM, NEQUI, PayPal, or others.
- Respectful Interaction: Do not solicit other users. You can respond to users who contact you, but you should not take the initiative by contacting other users by sending advertising messages, taps, or private albums. Mass messaging is strictly prohibited. Mass messaging and banner services are for a fee. If you are interested, our commercial team can provide you more information from the help/contact menu.
- Abuse Reporting: In case of a serious conflict with a user you deem inappropriate, maintain professionalism, stop interacting with the user, and use the app's abuse reporting system. Our moderation team will take care of it.
- Code of Good Conduct: Like all users, you must respect the app's code of good conduct. Please consult it before continuing.
- WhatsApp and Social Media Fields: You will have specific fields available to indicate your phone/WhatsApp in the "professional profile" section and fields for your social media profiles (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) in the "my profile" menu. This information cannot be in the free text fields (title and description).
- Legal Restrictions by Country: Be aware that in some countries, there are legal restrictions on advertising certain professional categories. Depending on your location and your profesional category, the texts of your profile (title and description) may not be visible to users in certain countries due to these legal restrictions.
- Consequences for Non-Compliance: Users who violate these rules may be removed without prior notice and permanently blocked from the platform.
